Critique
It is always a pleasure to judge this breed with its sporting and friendly exhibitors. Every dog present was put down in immaculate order which only added to the pleasure of handling them.
PUPPY DOG (1)
1 Pettifer's Vanders Vita De Riley Con Crosswest. Balanced 11-month-old, masculine head, melting expression. Good reach of neck into well laid shoulders, nice length and return of upper arm. Strong oval bone. Good depth of brisket, well sprung ribs. Well angulated rear. Moved well with drive. BP and delighted to see him awarded PG2.
JUNIOR DOG (3)
1 Collins' Casafelice Elliotdale at Forestpoint. Well made lad with plenty of substance. Pleasing head and well constructed front. Good depth of body and spring of rib. Strong loin. Good width of quarters, well bent stifles. Positive and free striding on the move. Good clear colour.

POST GRADUATE DOG (1)
1 Barry's Rustasha Red Hot Rhumba. Another well made dog. Super reach of neck and correct lay of shoulder. Adequate bone and nice tight feet. Deep body and strong loin. Stifles well bent and hocks well let down. Shown in hard condition. Lovely colour. When settled he moved effortlessly with drive, but he was intent on giving his handler a hard time today.

1 Ryan and McDonald's Berryessa Royal Affinity of Ryemills JW. Masculine dog with great substance but no coarseness. Well chiselled head with correct parallel planes. Soft expression. Good reach of neck. Well made front assembly. Strong oval bone, nice firm pasterns and tight feet. Plenty of forechest, well sprung ribs. Firm in loin. Well rounded and muscled quarters. Stifles well bent. Effortless free striding mover. Lovely topline both standing and moving. BD & BOB.
2 Lipscombe's Kellizlot River Legend. Another well constructed one. Masculine head, ample reach of neck and good front angulation. Good depth and spring of rib, firm in loin. Well angulated rear end. In nice hard condition, a sound free striding mover. Would prefer a clearer coat. RBD.

1 Barry's Shireoak Hurricane Ruby Rustasha (Imp Can). Beautifully presented, clear pearl white and deep red coat. Feminine yet with plenty of substance. Lovely head and expression. Plenty of neck. Lovely lay of shoulder and return of upper arm. Strong well boned legs. Good depth of body. Well sprung ribs. Good bend of stifle and width of thigh. Powerful mover, true coming and going away. BB. 2 Tong's Kellizlot Star Attraction ShCM. Well made bitch. Nicely put together front assembly. Good depth of body. Firm level topline both standing and moving. Nicely muscled quarters, stifles well bent and well let down hocks. Sound on the move.
3 Blackmore's Sh Ch Courtdown Beautiful Dawn.
